Crawford.Solutions is a results-oriented consulting firm founded by Bill Crawford, an organizational psychologist, a college professor, a business strategist, and a business leader and manager.  Bill is also a frequent speaker at trade shows and conventions, as well as an author and blogger.


Bill, in addition to earning a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, has a Master’s Degree in Management, and Undergraduate Degrees in Human Resource Management and Administrative Management.  His academic achievements have led to his being awarded lifetime membership in Alpha Chi, an honor society recognizing the top 10% of college students, Delta Mu Delta, an honor society in Business Administration, and in Psi Chi, an international honor society for Psychology majors.


He has served on the faculty of several colleges and universities for over 20 years.  His primary areas of teaching have been on Business Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Management, and Leadership.  He has also taught extensively on Marketing, Data Analytics, Management Science, Entrepreneurship, and Economics.  Over the years, Bill’s teaching has expanded to include both graduate and undergraduate course, as well as teaching online courses.  He has been recognized by both administrators and students for excellence in teaching.  In addition to his adjunct teaching, Bill has served as the Chair of the Department of Business at St.Gregory's University in Oklahoma. Since 2018, Bill has served on the faculty at Oral Roberts University in addition to being the chair of the Graduate College of Business.


In addition to his work in education Bill’s past including working in management positions for retail, restaurant, and media companies.  His professional work is characterized by growing top-line revenue opportunities by the creation of new products and services, increasing bottom-line profit by efficient and lean operations, and the development and growth of subordinates.


Bill’s time in the natural products industry is a very important part of career.  He spend a dozen years with AKiN’s Natural Foods in Tulsa, joining the three store chain as an Assistant Manager and Foodservice Director.  During the years he held the title of Corporate Buyer, Director of Purchasing, Director of Marketing, Director of Category Management, and Vice President of Purchasing.  When he left AKiN’s, it was a 14 store chain with stores in five states.  He then spent a dozen years with New Hope Natural Media with his duties focused on helping natural products retailers.  In addition to working with chain stores on custom marketing products and services, he personally worked with independent retailers in all 50 states and several other countries on their strategy, marketing, purchasing, and operations.
